1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order OR before courier pickup (whichever is earlier).
· Once the order is picked up by the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
· To request a cancellation, customers must immediately contact us via call or WhatsApp at 9711719665 or email twoeyes.in@gmail.com.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
· If cancelled within the allowed time and before courier pickup, a full refund will be processed.
· Refunds are issued within 2–4 working days via UPI/bank transfer.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
· A return or exchange is accepted only if:
· The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
· All accessories, tags, invoices, and packaging materials are intact
· The product is returned in resalable condition
Any product that is used, damaged, partially used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Return Window
· Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery Customers may

3. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders – Refund Policy
· COD refunds are processed only after we receive the product back in original condition and it passes inspection.
· A fixed deduction of ₹100 will be applied to all COD refunds.
· There are no additional COD charges at checkout — pricing is all-inclusive.
· Refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer within 2–4 working days after approval.
4. Online Payment Orders – Refund Policy
· Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment source (UPI, card, or bank).
· Refunds are completed within 2–4 working days after the returned product is received and approved.
5. Prescription / Custom Lens Policy (Very Important)
· All prescription lenses, powered glasses, powered sunglasses, and custom-made lenses are made-to-order.
· These products are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE, unless:
There is a manufacturing defect, or
· The lens power/prescription does not match the details provided by the customer at the time of order
Frame Change Option
· Prescription lenses may be transferred to another compatible frame of similar or smaller dimensions.
· If the new frame is higher priced, the difference must be paid by the customer.
If the new frame is lower priced, the balance will be refunded (frame cost only).
6. Product Inspection at Delivery
· Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
· If there is visible damage or breakage:
· Do not accept the delivery
Take clear photos and a short video
Share the evidence immediately via WhatsApp at 9711719665
Once the delivery is accepted, any return, exchange, or refund request will be processed only after the product is returned and inspected.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
· Approved refunds are processed within 2–4 working days after product inspection.
· Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on bank or UPI provider.
8. Quality Check & Final Approval
· All refunds, exchanges, or store credits are subject to inspection and final approval by our quality team.
· Shipping, handling, or processing charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the approved refund amount.
9. Warranty Policy
Frame Warranty
· Frame warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
· The following are NOT covered:
◦ Accidental damage
◦ Rough handling
◦ Scratches
◦ Normal wear & tear
◦ Damage caused after delivery
Lens Warranty (Brand Lenses – Crizal, Nikon, etc.)
· Brand lenses come with a 6-month warranty from the date the order is dispatched or ready for store collection.
· Warranty is void if lenses are:
◦ Exposed to direct heat or fire
◦ Kept for long periods in direct sunlight
◦ Stored in environments with temperatures above 30°C
10. Delivery Disclaimer
· Delivery timelines may be affected due to courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen operational circumstances beyond our control.
